Broken Beauty - Skye Warren more on Blake and Erin! yes please

I loved Blake and Erin, their romance ignites in every page and I want more..its sensual, raw and felt. There are some problems arising because of their forbidden relationship but all's well that ends well with a steam!:)
Any Duchess Will Do (Spindle Cove, #4) - Tessa Dare
“I have you.” His whispered words were hoarse. “I have you now.”
I loved it!:') I love the Hero and Heroine, even the Duchess(Griffy's mom) and I friggin love this series!!!
it all started with the “Her,” he said. “I’ll take her.” and also the flutterings lol:D

The story gave me butterflies in my stomach and made me cry in some scenes, especially the secret room , it broke my heart:_/ It might be like a Cinderella story but it was a touch beyond that fairy tale book, its fresh and unique take and I love every parts that unravel. It's hilarious at best and emotional to the core and what set this book in a 5 star review was the soul binding chemistry between Griffin and Pauline.
Its Beautiful, I can't even explain my feelings thoroughly.
My heart was in knot in one moment then flutters by a second and then I was laughing over silly things at some point then crying when things where turning into unexpectedly then finally swooning all over again! I loved it, I know I said it so many times but its how I can express it:D
“I’m the Duke of Halford,” he said, plunging deep.
She shut her eyes, trying not to cry. It was all too much—the emotion, the pleasure. The hopelessness.
“I’m the Marquess of Westmore.”
Thrust.
“I’m also the Earl of Ridingham. Viscount Newthorpe. Lord Hartford-on-Trent.”
Thrust. Thrust. Thrust.
“And I am your slave, Pauline.”
Oh, mercy.

“I can’t pretend to understand how love works.” Pauline sifted her fingers through his hair, smoothing a touch over his brow. “How many days have I known you? Not many more. And I doubt I’ll ever go a day without thinking of you, even if I should live to see ninety. I . . .” She couldn’t help
it. “I love you so.”
another beautiful addition to the series and I want more! who will be the next to fall madly in love?, waiting in bated breath :o

side-note: Omg! squeee!! Colin is now a father squealing with joy!:D I so love that man lol:D

Tangled - Emma Chase Bagina bwahahaha:D that's a good one:)

I know I know, making a review now when actually I read this two months ago is not reasonable, right? riiiight.:)

As much as most readers got the humor in Tangled, I didn't...I was like "come on Drew tickle my side, will you? I want to laugh out loud" but all it gave me was an aching jaw for smiling too much, that might be good.

Believe me I don't hold any judgement on how it was written, I read first person POV books and it didn't annoy me. *whisper* I love to be in a character's head, so yes I do love that kind of writing , to set it straight, the Author did a brilliant job on giving Drew a fresh take on what was going on a man's head, mostly dirty thoughts but some are catered with wisdom.

How come I've given it 3 stars, and not more if I don't have any negative issues towards the book?

by mere enjoyment factor, that might be too narrow minded of me to say, but as much luck, I can't add more stars as to that is what I felt and deem justified by my review.

and oh before I forget, there's a lot to learn from Drew Evans. I mean a lot.
Beneath the Beauty - Skye Warren
“...losing you would hurt ten times worse than having half my face blown off, but I’d keep going. I’d go on living because I don’t know any other way.”

I loved Blake and Erin, yes they are both insecure but I really like how they can support each other and that there's enough time to build their relationship, the declaration of love was made and I can feel their chemistry together:)
Unbeautifully - Madeline Sheehan
What they had was some real forever kind of bullshit.

that quote sums up every couple involved in the story!
12 hours later and I'm still processing my thoughts about this book, I have mixed emotions towards this series and most of the time I can't help but rant haha:D *shrugs* what gives? I have my own opinion to share too you know:P

I enjoyed this book, laughed on some parts, even loved some scenes but I can't ignore how "reckless" most characters were and that certain stupidity had an effect to the ones they loved, talking about angst and there is still cheating in the story, that word cannot be hide in a spoiler tag, the reader needs to know that part because its a trigger point and also some irreparable consequences made by Danny which made me angry, pity her for doing such an act though, but who's to blame? she was a total wrecked at that moment:(

This is more like a five in one story so many side stories, I wasn't okay with Deuce and Eva getting their unfair share of pages and then some characters branch out and made a story within the story but don't worry Ripper and Danny got enough pages to build, break and rebuild their love story.

I did loved the story, Ripper made me laughed on some parts when he doesn't know what to do if anyone discovered him and Danny being together. I was anticipating the part when Deuce will find out about them hah:D You see, they were quite palpable as a couple, the Romeo and Juliet kind of forbidden love..
It broke my heart on some of their mistakes, that was it a mistake and as the story quoted "life goes on", they went down hill both of them, hurt each other but I'm glad they made it through.

The other couples were interesting too.
Deuce and Eva again, well at least some things were put to rest and I'm glad about that,I don't like Deuce on some parts( okay I STILL DON'T LIKE HIM:D) he done it again duh *rolls eyes*...
Loved the part of Kami and Cox:D I'll share a snippet:
read it for your enjoyment if you want:D(pardon the profanity)its the way they talk;)
“Cox!” Kami screamed, stalking into the room. “Shut your stupid Mexican mouth!”
Cox glared at her. “Bitch, I’m Puerto Rican!”
She waved her hand dismissively. “Whatever. Don’t you have some lawns to mow?”
“I’m Puerto fuckin’ Rican!”
“What! Ever!
“Bitch! Don’t you got some rich boy cock you need to suck off for a new pair a fuckin’ shoes?”
“Fuck you!”
“No, bitch, fuck you! I’m fuckin’ Puerto Rican! Say it, Kami, say Puerto Rican!”
“No!”
“Say it!”
“American Indian!”
Eva quickly got to her feet. “I’m, um, going to—”
Cox spun on her. “You’re gonna to go fix this shit!” he bellowed. “Before it ain’t just Prez who’s
fallin’ apart, but my fuckin’ family and the whole goddamn club!”
“Don’t you dare blame her for anything!” Kami hissed.
“See!” Cox roared. “You’re always sidin’ with her! You’d jump off a fuckin’ bridge if she did!”
“Yes, I would!” Kami shrieked. “Did you actually think there was a chance I’d choose some hot
Cuban piece of ass over my Evie?”
“PUERTO RICAN!”

hahahaha:D
Tegen and Cage: *shaking my head* I like Tegen before and then not anymore:/
Hawk-Dorothy-Jase: yes I'm going to read this, angst and all!
Zz: WHERE ARE YOU? I'm worried:(

This series is true grit and that's the charm of it, flip it over and its still the same hell, shake it, rant it, feel it. Hate, Love and Madness!

Undying (Undeniable, #5) - Madeline Sheehan I have a new letter to Zz and I ain't gonna say any flowery words on him, not anymore.
deep breaths...
Dear Zz,
Wherever you are, I hope you are not drowning yourself with booze and women, I will be sad and I hope you are taking good care of yourself, I'm worried and I know you are nursing a broken heart, but you are a good man Zz so far to what I read about you I have little evidence of your good side, don't you change Zz, I'm counting on you not to fucked-up your life because of one person or are you hiding more of what's to come? I don't know, and I hope when the time comes that your story will be told, I hope a special woman will come along and deserves you and you to her:')
What the fuck Z, what the hell...you tryin' to get killed in horrible way huh? so desperate for that, isn't it and damn your bad luck for women, seriously you always ended up as a filler *cringe* sorry bad pun.
you better keep hidin boo cos shit is spreading your way in a very worst way and part of me still worried about you.
I thought you got it all fixed up after Danny criss cross your heart in an ugly scar, then another girl deepened that wound on you and bad luck she's got the chops cos you hurt her man and that bad luck got freaking huge army that would be happy to see you die in pieces.
you gettin head to head with Deuce wrong move, just the wrong move.

yours truly,
Louise♥
Unbeloved (Undeniable, #4) - Madeline Sheehan This is going to be interesting!!!:D

Hawk-Dorothy-Jace lol
The Last Girl - Kitty Thomas
The pain flowers out like a lotus blossom and then transforms into a deep yearning.
He is both the disease and the cure.

Six years after the incident that happened in Juliette’s house, nightmares plaque her every dream of a man whom she'd touch, now the obsession of the man adheres to claiming her, and the time was due.
as he said:
“Six years,” he says quietly. With my eyes shut, the only thing I can process is his voice as it drops over me like a blanket. “It’s not a lot of time to a vampire, but it’s still a long time for a sentient being to be lonely after you’ve found the one you want. And you have to watch her laugh with others and hold hands and have crushes. And you can’t be near her during the day, which is when most of her life happens. If she’s in danger during that time, you can’t stop it.”

Christian's obsession resonates through the span of six years, being in her mind, he knows every secrets and desires she hold, he wanted to possess her body, craves her blood but most of all takes her virginity.
e.v.e.r.y.t.i.m.e.

“I want to drink you until there’s nothing left. I want you to magically rematerialize so I can do it again. I want a phoenix that will rise from the ashes just so I can keep burning her. I thought I knew madness, but I didn’t know it before you.”

Juliette was his only hope for the little humanity inside him, he'd taken women through out his life but only Juliette stand out to him,
He’s silent for a long while then he says, “You are special to me. I hold you in higher regard than any other human, though that isn’t saying much. I don’t wish harm to come to you, but I know it will. The longer you’re with me, the higher the odds rise in that direction. I don’t think the capability to love is still with me, but I hold out hope I won’t destroy you. Even so, your pain still gives me pleasure, more than the pain of anyone else because you are you.

but he's a primal beast, he gets what he wants and used it to whatever the cause but what if his obsession wasn't only to take and control Juliette, what if love did exist in him? what if she was the only way to save the human in him?

His instinct is to kill me. His desire is to love me.

I enjoyed this book, it wasn't disturbing at best, some of the sex scenes were perfunctory but what I love most is Christian's vulnerability, I get that he's a sadist but he cared for Julliette, no matter what happens.
Whatever human emotions have sublimated my animal nature, they are gone now, replaced by the certainty of my continued ownership of her. She is MINE.
I’d thought Shakespeare was an illogical sap. You can’t fall in love that fast. Not real love. Real love takes time, like a fine wine. Real love takes years. Not days. Not weeks. No one has such a short relationship and becomes so deeply entwined. I thought the playwright was foolish, but I’m the foolish one. He was right about this kind of love. It burns past logic and all rational time lines to consume everything.

Author's note.
Warning: This book is meant for a mature audience and contains master/slave, group sexual activity, sadomasochism, girl-on-girl, oral and anal play, exhibitionism, blood play, edge play, as well as one other thing I’m not warning you about because it would be a spoiler... but it’s not a big taboo.
Mafia Captive - Kitty Thomas
“You’re like a priceless piece of art kept in a glass case. I can’t do anything with it but look at it, but I know it’s mine. And sometimes that’s enough.”

I love reading Kitty Thomas' books, she has a way of creating this darkness within and envelops you in a blanket and won't let you go, you won't know if it will end well or worse because once you're making a romantic fantasy between the main characters and then in seconds it will drag you to reality and stops you.

I loved and hated Leo.
I loved and adored Faith.
another story that would stay with me for a while.:)

review to come!:)
Down London Road (On Dublin Street, #2) - Samantha Young
*Good news to all On Dublin Street fans! Braden proposes to Joss in this book:]

*the Nichols family are still wonderful to read:)

*Hannah Nichols(sister of Ellie) got some interesting part, only little though and she's too young to have a story of her own I think.

*I love Cole, such a good brother to Jo.

*Braden! ah just the name makes me smile:]

*Ellie, as always trying to make the wedding preparation kinda "romantic" lol fuchsia as the motif ehehe:D but I wish there had been some scene for her and Adam, they are favorite couple hmp.

*angst? um not much, just jealousy thrown in the story...

*abusive parents? present! don't worry Cam's parents are good people only Jo's doesn't.

*Joss version 2.0, its like an Ellie clone actually.

*Nate, hmmm interesting, I want to know more about him, he's kinda nice:)

*Olivia sounds good to be great lead on next book the only angst I know so far in her part was not taking her mom to the hospital early to be check which arises from guilt through the years

*who's the owner of club 39? I have no idea...

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------

first half:
Now this could have been a good story, the plot was interesting because Cameron was just an ordinary guy and Johanna was an ordinary girl , a normal story, they meet, attraction from both were there BUT it took a U-turn at that point *Cam was being a jerk towards Jo ( for me that was a good scene because it rattles my senses and emotion...that could have intensified the chemistry BUT *they both have lovers (complicated spot right there), it took 50% of the story to manage that (and I won't forget that they both think of each other while they were with their partners) turn off!:( It should have caused some tensions instead it causes frustration and it was dragging, boring, and detached, to think that in only took one scene from both H/h to break up with there partners. What? they should have broke up with their partners by 10% that would have been better.
and I felt sorry about Malcolm, he's a good guy to be dump , and he's not that old 38 or 35 years old still young, just because he lacks that alpha male quality doesn't mean he's nothing special, whatever his intentions towards Jo (when they're still together)I hope its good cos I'll be disappointed if its not.

the second half:

there are some interesting parts:
*An ex lover from Cam's past just came into surfaced
*Jo's father, a felon was out to cause some trouble
*Jealousy was breaking the relationship of Cam and Jo
*Jo's mother was still useless
*an important man in Jo's life came back together with his daughter.
*and where was that important part where Jo needs money for her family? I might have overlooked... oh well nvm.
*sex on the changing room oops spoiler (not sorry on that):D
there were lots of steamy scenes thrown in! watch out.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
I liked Jo caring for his brother but her insecurities and pride was not to be ignored and I don't like that about her, if all along what she needed was money, she could have took the advice of Joss to take the opportunity to work in Braden's company, but she's to prideful for that, and her insecurities, well she thought Cam will leave her, she thought she wasn't good for him.

I liked Cam for he cares for Jo, that he will do anything for her but he has a sharp tongue, he had ways with sweet words but once he's angry, his words cuts through the person especially Jo.

The chemistry was lost somewhere at the beginning and it took too long to build up I lost patience waiting for it until all I felt was nothing but reading a simple story.
The Killing Woods - Lucy Christopher
Captivated by You - Sylvia Day Really??? I mean seriously book 4??? WHY???
The Art of Submission (The Art of D/s #1) - Ella Dominguez The Story was interesting, not your typical dom-sub relationship, and I don't even mind that they're switch, and that there is power struggle, , the thing that wasn't working for me was the way it was written, as much as I love dual POV, the POV of both H/h was written in the same scene, so you'll get what they're thinking on that moment, but that's a lot of effort to repeat the scenario which I struggled reading it:/
so I'll be reading this back soon:) not dnf, nope:D
Beauty and the Blacksmith - Tessa Dare
“I need to know,” he said. “I need to know, right now, if you’re mine. I’ve been patient for years, and if need be, I can wait years more. I’ll do anything in my power to win you, to keep you. But I need
to know, this moment, if you’ll be mine in the end.” His hands moved to bracket her face, uncomfortably tight. His gaze burned into hers. “Tell me.”
With every wild beat, her heart thumped against his pendant. If she was looking for answers, she didn’t need to search any further than that.
“Yes,” she breathed. “Y—”
Before she could say it twice, his lips were on hers.

swoon!!!:)
I loved it.

I've been wishing for Diana's story last year and glad it came true, never thought it's gonna be a novella but its still worth it.
*teaser* one thing I loved about the series is the book cover! they are always part of the story *grins* yes, you better read and find that scene!:D

This was a lovely story, and who would have thought a blacksmith will be the main hero, haven't read one before and Aaron was a swoon worthy smithy *sigh*. He's gentle, patient and thoughtful and even though he looks ragged on his work, he tries to dress himself properly even though Diana did not need any impression already 'cos she likes him for two years now.
They both harbored the same feelings towards each other but it was just now they confessed their affection to one another...

The side story was interesting, Charlotte was so comical, I would love to read a story of her soon and of course I won't forget Mr. Evermoore:D mwahaha, Mrs. highwood still gave me a headache with her matchmaking to her daughter but glad Diana stand to what she feels towards Aaron, that scene was chaos but still hilarious. And oh Colin made a cameo *swoon*.

I loved the romance,it was warm, delightful read and Diana and Aaron are perfect for each other, they are both opposite in society which made a major problem to both of them, I loved that both characters are trying their best to be part of each others lives, like Diana was going to cook for a meal for Aaron, that part made me laugh *snigger* and loved that Aaron made a ring especially for Diana, that just made me sighing happily:) I can't stop smiling and giggling throughout the story my jaw hurts hah:D

*one more thing on the next book, [b:Any Duchess Will Do|15724338|Any Duchess Will Do (Spindle Cove, #4)|Tessa Dare|http://d.gr-assets.com/books/1357240391s/15724338.jpg|21399879] excerpt
my goodness the first scene was so funny, Dang I shouldn't read it but I was so eager to know more about Griffy lol:D

looking forward to reading more about my favorite series:D love me some Happily ever after story:)

Just What She Wants - Barbara Elsborg What a treat!!!

1 m/m scene! yummy, its cut short though but the steam was all right, Ms. Elsborg is excellent in writing sex scenes, Marc and Kyle has really something in them

1 mfm scene! wow!!!

I loved Indie short for her name Indiana Jones haha:D she's one quirky heroine and I love her connection with the two men..

I felt sad for Kyle, he can't kiss his lover because something happened from his past that he took to much guilt on it.

and Marc, well he's one hot charmer;)

overall I love them all, wish it would had been a long story *sigh*
Just One Bite - Barbara Elsborg this short story was sexy and funny haha:D
wish it was longer 'cos everything went so fast in the end.:)
